Experience Mark has over 19 years of experience representing people and businesses in various civil and criminal matters. Mark started his careers as a prosecutor in the City of Dallas Municipal Courts. From there he represented the City of Dallas in civil matters involving the city's Code Enforcement Department. After Mark left the City of Dallas, he practiced criminal law in Dallas, was the general counsel for a highway construction company, represented construction companies and consumers in the Georgetown and Austin area, and represented school districts throughout the state of Texas in construction, real estate, employment, and civil rights matters.

Personal Mark is a graduate of the Georgetown, Texas Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Georgetown. He lives in Round Rock, Texas and is the father of five year-old twins.
